A special thank you to Kara, the treatment coordinator, who was so kind and helpful throughout the process.Dr. Tripp made me feel truly heard, which meant so much to me. He took the time to listen to all of my concerns, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. What impressed me most was his honesty and integrity—even though orthodontics and braces are his specialty, he was honest enough to tell me I did not need braces rather than recommending unnecessary treatment. "2 kids over 8 years and it has always been a great experience. Both of my kids had problematic issues. Currently my youngest is getting out of one set of upper braces and waiting on her next. Normal retainers are not working for her. Dr. Tripp has had to think outside the box. He calls personally to go over treatment plans and encourages questions. Anytime I ask something he always says “That’s a great question!”. As busy as he is I am betting not of them are but he still makes sure I feel comfortable and understand the plan moving forward. His staff are all friendly, respectful, and helpful. Dealing with young ones and teens they have created a safe and welcoming environment. Considering the $ of orthodontist they are fair priced. They don’t have hidden cost everything is upfront and simple. The plans they offer are easy and straightforward. I can go on about the Rock Hill office with the years I’ve been with them, they really do a great job and set the bar. When my oldest was 13 she wanted to go because her friend went to them. I researched a little and set her first appointment and so glad I did!"

"I love this practice! I just got braces on my second young child in less than a year. Both times they have been super patient, loving, and caring. They explain everything very well and won’t do anything deemed unnecessary. Tripp and his crew are knowledgeable, efficient, and fast and have always made my kids feel safe and cared for. Can’t express my appreciation for that enough, because some kids get really nervous, and they are very caring. Will recommend to everyone!"

"I had a difficult case every orthodontist said I would be left with a gap if I got braces. Tripp closed all my spaces. I love my smile. He is very good at what he does! Worth every dime! He is more than a specialist. He closed my spaces with no problem they said I had to be in braces for 3 years. Dr. Tripp did it in 2 years! I love the staff and the facilities. I had absolutely no issues. Super warm, friendly, professional staff! Love my new smile!"

"We were transfer patient 8 months ago and this Orthodontics office has been amazing with my daughter. She was happy with her care and service. They were transparent and honest about how the process would go we did have to extend her braces by a few months but it was well worth it today was the day we got them removed and she was so happy with her results. "If you want to know where to send your kids (or maybe even yourself) for braces, visit TLO. I became a patient nearly 2 1/2 years ago, and my teeth were no easy fixers. I had two small surgeries to open up my impacted canines in the roof of my mouth, wires strung up in my mouth, and brackets every which way. It wasn't easy, lots of keeping up with appointments, keeping things clean, soreness, food getting caught in my braces. all the fun that comes with braces. but, as soon as I looked in the mirror with a brace free smile I would do it all again if I had to. I LOVE my smile. I cannot stop staring at my reflection, I just can't believe how awesome my teeth look. Thank you so much to Dr. Leitner and his amazing team. You have changed my smile as well as my self-image."

The office may not be the closest or most convenient for me but I'd drive and go out of my way for excellent care!!!!"

"I've had the pleasure of being a patient of Dr. Leitners for a little over 2 years! I just got my braces off in February and I have to say, him and his staff are absolutely amazing. I am a hygienist in the field so I know how an office is supposed to flow and I'm impressed by how their office runs. Dr. Leitner is a perfectionist and truly cares about his patients and the work he does. I've become very close with a lot of his staff they are a group of wonderful women!
